Minimum Technical Competencies (MTC)
The Minimum technical Competencies document is intended for use by schemes authorised under the building regulations 2010 for air tightness testing of new buildings. It sets out the minimum technical competencies to be met by members and testers applying to join such schemes and against which competency and knowledge will be assessed and monitored.
National Occupational Standards (NOS)
National Occupational Standards (NOS) are statements of the standards of performance individuals must achieve when carrying out functions in the workplace, together with specifications of the underpinning knowledge and understanding.
